The 2024 Country Championships is being hosted this year in Mildura by the Football Federation Sunraysia. We have 8x Geelong Rep teams travelling to represent Geelong to play against other teams from all over Regional Victoria (5x boys teams and 3x girls teams from under 11s though to under 16s – 116 players in total).
We are seeking support to subsidise the cost of travelling and entry fees (and with the challenging economic climate this year in particular, we know that many Geelong families are doing a bit tougher than usual, so we hope to support as much as we can to enable the players to continue to participate in community sport).
Approximately, 5000 people attend the Country Championships each year (including players, family members and local community), which is fantastic exposure and messaging opportunity for sponsors. We have already started to sign up sponsors for this year’s teams.
Various opportunities and levels of sponsorship are available with packages to consider including full team kits with logos on the strips at $5000-6000 per team, or smaller packages including the addition of your logo on the players shorts only.
Although the Championships are being held in Mildura, we will be widely using our new website and social media to maximise exposure. This year we have engaged a digital media company to assist with widening our reach.
