Football Victoria is proud to invite clubs across the state to support and empower female coaches in their communities by encouraging them to join the CoacHER program.
Currently, just 14% of registered coaches in Victoria are female. The CoacHER program aims to change this by building a strong, connected community of women in coaching and supporting them at every stage of their journey—whether they are taking their first steps or already have years of experience.
