Football Victoria is currently seeking passionate and experienced coaches to become Coach Education Tutors (CETs) and help shape the future of football coaching across the community.
This is a fantastic opportunity for accredited coaches to support the development of the next generation of coaches while playing a key role in strengthening football across the region.

What is a Coach Education Tutor?
Coach Education Tutors are accredited individuals who deliver official Football Australia coaching courses including:
- MiniRoos Coaching Courses
- Foundation of Football Courses
Tutors who hold a B Diploma qualification may also be eligible to deliver C Diploma courses.
Beyond course delivery, Coach Education Tutors play an important mentoring role by supporting developing coaches and helping create a strong and positive coaching culture throughout the football community.
Key Responsibilities
Coach Education Tutors will:
- Deliver Football Australia accredited coaching courses
- Mentor and support new and developing coaches
- Ensure high-quality and consistent course delivery
- Promote positive coaching practices across the region
Supporting Coach Development in Geelong
Having more accredited Coach Education Tutors within the Geelong region will help create greater flexibility and more opportunities to deliver coaching courses locally.
This will support clubs by:
- Increasing access to coach education
- Providing more flexible course scheduling
- Helping develop coaches within the local community
- Strengthening coaching standards across the region
Eligibility & Application Information
Applicants must hold a minimum C Diploma coaching qualification to become a Coach Education Tutor.
As part of the application process, applicants will be asked to provide:
- Resume
- Football Australia Number
- Coaching qualifications
- Responses to application questions
- Relevant certifications and checks
- Working With Children Check
- National Police Check
- First Aid and CPR certifications
- Additional supporting documentation where applicable
