Coach education continues to gain strong momentum across the Geelong region, with the recent Club Coach Coordinator (CCC) program at Ocean Grove Soccer Club.
The session brought together coaches and club representatives focused on strengthening coaching frameworks within their clubs. The CCC program is designed to support clubs in developing clear coaching philosophies, improving communication between coaches, and creating consistent, positive environments for players.
Programs like this play an important role in building sustainable football development at a grassroots level. By equipping clubs with the tools to mentor and guide their coaches, the benefits flow directly through to players and the wider football community.
It’s been fantastic to see a surge in coach education opportunities across the region in recent months, with strong engagement from volunteers and clubs eager to continue learning and improving.
