How to Register as a Club Volunteer
1. Go to the Play Football website, click on Coaches, Referees & Volunteer.
2. Search for your Club and click on the name to select it.
3. Sign in OR if this is your first time, create an account.
4. A list of “products” will appear, click Details next to the Volunteer product.
5. Select Register.
6. Select who you are registering for, then Continue.
7. Select the button to review Terms & Conditions.
8. A Preview screen appears. Carefully read the Terms & Conditions and select Next.
9. Once all Terms & Conditions have been reviewed, tick the box to Agree. Optional, opt into marketing communications. Select continue.
10. Have the relevant documents ready and select Start when ready to proceed. Note, no payment is required to register as a volunteer.
11. Verification is required to check whether you already have a Participant account. If no record is found, select Register as a new Member.
12. Complete the Participant Details then select Next.
13. Complete the Contact Details, then select Save Participant.
14. Complete the Regulation Details and upload a copy of your Working with Children Check.
Note you will not be able to proceed without a valid WWCC. To apply, visit the Services Victoria website.
15. Answer the Additional Questions then select Next.
16. Upload a photo of yourself (a passport style photo but not a photo of your identity document itself.)
17. Review your information and click Confirm and Pay.
18. Note, no payment is required. Click Submit Registration.
19. Click Confirm and Pay Registration.
19. Your registration has been successfully submitted.
