Football Victoria would like to thank the Geelong region clubs that have already registered for the Club Coach Coordinator (CCC) Program, and remind all clubs of this valuable opportunity to support coaches at every level.
The CCC Program is designed to assist new and inexperienced coaches, including parents and volunteers stepping into coaching roles, by providing structured, ongoing support throughout the season.
Register Early to Secure Your Club’s Place
Football Victoria is now inviting all Geelong region clubs to register for the CCC Program, with club visits scheduled to commence from February.
Early registration is strongly encouraged, as it allows Football Victoria to effectively plan club visits and ensure each participating club receives the maximum benefit from the program.
What Does the CCC Program Offer?
The Club Coach Coordinator Program provides practical, club-based support delivered by Football Victoria’s Coach Education Tutors. Depending on the package selected, clubs will receive regular visits throughout the season, all conducted in the comfort of your own club environment.
During these visits, tutors will:
- Share practical session ideas
- Support coaches in areas they may be finding challenging
- Provide hands-on guidance and feedback
- Bring coaches together to share best practice and build confidence
Coach Development Opportunities
Coaches involved in the CCC Program will also have access to:
- The MiniRoos Coach Certificate
- Online learning content and coaching resources
- Sport Session Planner licences (package dependent)
In addition, CCC-registered coaches may be invited to:
- Attend the Community Coaching Conference
- Participate in the annual CCC Gala Day at the Home of the Matildas
- Connect with coaches and clubs from across the community
- Access ongoing education and support throughout the season
Supporting Clubs and Growing Coaches
The CCC Program is also a powerful tool for clubs when attracting and retaining coaches, as it demonstrates a clear, structured support system that helps coaches feel confident, supported, and prepared for the season ahead.
