Victorian AWD Team at Championships
The Victorian Athletes With Disability (AWD) Futsal team went to the National Futsal Championships on the Gold Coast. The tournament was from 13–18 January.
The team played really well. They got to the semi-final but lost a very close game. They did not get to the grand final this time. We are very proud of all the players.
A special well done to Simon Thong. He was picked for the AWD Team of the Tournament because he played really well.
