2025 Team Entry Information & Dispensation Policy

The busiest period of the year has come around quickly and we can’t wait to kick start preparations with our Clubs as we work towards the 2025 Community Competitions season!
To help prepare, please see below key information pertaining to the 2024 Team Entry Period.

Football Victoria Community Competitions Staff Update:

Over the off-season, new faces have stepped into the FV Community Competitions Coordinator roles as vacancies became available. The new Coordinator who will be liaising with and overseeing Clubs in the Geelong Region for the 2025 season is Chris Phillips.

AutoStat Team Entry System:

AutoStat is the team entry system for FV Community Competitions.

Note: If you see information for the 2025 season in GameDay please do not touch or amend until notified by FV and once all fixtures are uploaded. FV is managing the GameDay system for Clubs until fixtures are uploaded as there are system data transitions between AutoStat and GameDay that requires careful attention.
AutoStat Access:
Each club can have a maximum of three persons with access into their Club AutoStat account. Those Club Administrators that had access in season 2024 will have their access retained however will be unable to access the system until the Team Entry Period opens.

For new Clubs / Club Administrators to gain access into the system, please click here to complete the AutoStat Club Administrator Access Form.

All clubs must have one Club Administrator with access into the AutoStat system to be able to enter teams during the FV team entry period.

AutoStat Training:
Whilst FV has developed AutoStat Club user guides and video tutorials to use and share with relevant persons at your Club, it is strongly encouraged Club Administrators attend an online training session run by the FV Competitions team.
The training sessions will run during the team entry period. An FV Competitions team member will go through the system and provide Club Administrators the opportunity to ask questions.

Women’s Metropolitan:

Women’s Masters (Over 30’s):
